Poetry Submissions: Slate considers new poems from Sept. 1 to May 31. Manuscripts sent between June 1 and Aug. 31 will be returned.
To submit poems electronically to Slate: Send, as a single attached document, up to three poems of no more than 50 lines each to . Use the poet's name for the subject line of the e-mail and for the title of the attachment. Please limit submissions to two per poet per year.
